Today it happened again. I was so tired. I worked long hours under the HOT sun. Thirsty and sleepy. And bored.
My left knee hurts when I bend it. (I need to see the doctor one day)
I ended up staying at home after work. Staring at the com. Shouted at my mum to leave me alone. It's so annoying. The last thing I wanna hear is voices ringing in my ears. I can't even talk or type properly.
I wanna rest.

Choices
We... are humans. We... live in a place called Earth. And on this Earth, we live our LIVES.
LIFE. You only get to live it ONCE. When time passes by, it will not return. The clock does not run anti-clockwise, you know.
The average lifespan of a human being (if you live in Singapore)... is 81.98 years. With this amount of time, how do we live a fulfilled and meaningful life?
In my 19 years 8 months 18 days of being on earth, I have gone through things. I have dreams. And dreams got shattered because of things. But new dreams are found.
For example. Since I was a little boy, I wanna fly. I wanna pilot a plane and see the skies with my own ability. But this got shattered... because of my eyesight and stupid new rules.
God is great, though.
Because now... instead of flying planes, I can keep them flying. Which is a greater responsibility! Being an aircraft maintenance engineer is my new dream. The money is good. The industry is booming. And I'll never stop learning. And I find JOY in doing it.
The choices we made in life. Are not by chance. God has a plan for all of us. He knows what is to become of us even before we were born.
But you will hear this from people too: "You create your own destiny" Which is also true. Because you cannot sit back and wait for blessings. You need to work towards it. Take action!
Had a really good time at the celebration today. The food. The reunion. The emotion. The joy.

Seven Three Seven
Today... I went up the Boeing 737 BBJ, which was parked at my company's tarmac. It's freaking awesome, I tell you. FREEEEAKIN' AWWWESOME! The cabin---looks like a hotel. Well, BETTER than a hotel.
After morning tea break, I followed John Peter and Peter into the cabin. It was hot and stuffy and dark. Cos the weather was hot. And the portable air-con wasn't installed. Nor the electrical power was on. So we walked though the cabin with my phone light. That 2 minutes or so inside there was memorable!
You go in from the main door, which is at the front. You'll see the cockpit on your left. Well maintained pilot seats and flight panels and buttons. But it feels like a sauna in there. Walk to the back a little bit and you'll see leather seats. About eight of them. Arranged like a conference room. In fact, it IS a conference area. With a small flight table in the middle!
Oh wait, before you see the conference setting, you'll pass by the toilet first - The Forward Cabin Lavatory we call it. Then after the conference thingy, you'll see somemore seats and a sofa. Then a room with 2 sofas with cushy cushions on them. People can do something something in here eh!!
Another lavatory.
Then comes.... THE BED ! Queen size I think. It's big. It's soft. It's looks really comfortable. Too bad I can't touch it. I know it's soft by the way it looks! And for the FIRST TIME in my life, I see a bed with seat belts on them. Two sets. HAHA! Flight seat belts, yeah.
Lastly, I see the Rear Cabin Lavatory. Behind also got toilet eh. Don't expect the guy to walk all the way to the front just to do his business huh!
So many words to describe one aircraft. A private B-737. Heard it belongs to a filthy rich Indonesian guy. Yeah, I assumed he is SUPER DIRTY LOADED! Cos this big baby costs about US$300 million!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks like I can only afford the tap inside one of the toilets! =p

Annoying
It's so annoying when your EZ-link card has no money -- at least no money to get you through the door. Cos now SMRT set a lame rule where you need to top up your card when it reaches below $3. Three bucks! OMG!
Oh ya, I was saying... It's sooo annoying that you miss your train just because you need to top up your card. Especially when the board says "Jurong East. 1 min." And you see everyone running, including you. But you run to the top up machine. Slot in your cash. Then press "OK". And wait for the green light. By the time you tap your card and run down the escalator, the train doors close........... Wasted!
I've been a victim of this lame thing before. A few times.
I won't forget yesterday. It happened again.
- I missed the train from Bishan in the morning. I was heading to work. It's 7.15am.
- Because of this, I missed the company bus at YCK. It's 7.26am. The bus leaves at 7.25am everyday.
- Then, I took #86 to Seletar main gate. And I missed the #103M. The ONLY bus going into West Camp, where my company is located. And if you miss this bus, you got to wait about 20 minutes! It's 7.45am.
- I was preparing to be late for that day already. I had perfect punctuality record, and that lame rule will spoil everything. There's no cabs around, and I don't plan to take cab anyway. I was hoping that a colleague would spot me or something. And give me a ride in. Some hope which seems quite impossible. Cos it's already very late.
- But when it is 7.55am. I saw a collegue! In his car! Beside me! And he asked me to go in. WAHHH! I was so so happy and I thanked him loudly!
- In the end I scanned in at 7.59am, with ONE minute to spare! PHEW !!! Thank God!!!
AND I SHARE THIS THING JUST TO SAY SOMETHING. I REALLY DON'T LIKE IT WHEN YOU MISS THE TRAIN BECAUSE YOUR CARD HAS LESS THAN $3 IN IT.

I think I need to get these babies soon!
1) Cargo pants from Song&Song... I need this for work. It's cheap, so I can dirty it without worrying. 2) Portage bag... This one ah, super-the-DOPE ah! You see already, you'll say "AISEH!" Next month next month... Payday come, portage come! 3) Ermm.... Safety boots? 4) Plimsols... The white Fred Perry plimsols I saw on asos.com is really nice. Thanks babe for the link! But one thing that's bugging me, is the shipping fee and SGD-GBP rate =(
See how.... But top two is the priority!
Anyway, the next two days of work could be fun. I can take charge of Uncle Mark's toolbox, since he asked me to take care of it. Cos he'll be going on leave till tuesday.
AND MONDAY IS A COMPANY HOLIDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't sleep feeling like this
What I really felt: Your words that day were like a dagger that pierced through my heart.
Patience and respect is what you want. But have YOU shown them yourself? It takes 2 hands to clap.
Maybe we really need to talk it out. Listen to each other's point of view.
I'm spinning in a whirlwind of emotions and thoughts. Tears are swelling my heart, not my eyes. I can't get them out of my eyes anyway.
Why am I feeling like this? I can't sleep feeling like this.

Another day
I just submitted my last week's report, although it's a little late =p Was kinda busy throughout the weekends lar. Busy with what? With... 3:16 dance (yeah, I went back after MANY MANY weeks of absence). Gotta learn alot of 8s of choreo! But Monday's session was worth it, cause I know the steps already =D HAHA!
Had some quality time with Babe too =) Though it's always short because of our busy schedules, we still enjoy each other's company. Alot!
Hey you! I love you, phat whale! I pray that God will watch over us =)
WORK. was. ermmm..... I don't know how to describe my weekdays now. Work has become a part of my life now. One month has passed. Five more to go! Yay, and I hope I can learn more things. Do more things. And make time pass FAST !!!
