Choices

We... are humans.
We... live in a place called Earth. And on this Earth, we live our LIVES.

LIFE.
You only get to live it ONCE.
When time passes by, it will not return.
The clock does not run anti-clockwise, you know.

The average lifespan of a human being (if you live in Singapore)... is 81.98 years.
With this amount of time, how do we live a fulfilled and meaningful life?

In my 19 years 8 months 18 days of being on earth, I have gone through things.
I have dreams.
And dreams got shattered because of things.
But new dreams are found.

For example.
Since I was a little boy, I wanna fly.
I wanna pilot a plane and see the skies with my own ability.
But this got shattered... because of my eyesight and stupid new rules.

God is great, though.

Because now... instead of flying planes, I can keep them flying.
Which is a greater responsibility!
Being an aircraft maintenance engineer is my new dream.
The money is good. The industry is booming. And I'll never stop learning.
And I find JOY in doing it.

The choices we made in life.
Are not by chance.
God has a plan for all of us.
He knows what is to become of us even before we were born.

But you will hear this from people too:
"You create your own destiny"
Which is also true.
Because you cannot sit back and wait for blessings.
You need to work towards it.
Take action!

Do your best, and God will do the rest.

DO NOT GIVE UP!
